How do I book an accommodation?
Booking is possible by sending us an email to book@vacationtravelrentals.com, by sending us a private message on social media or by calling/texting to (787) 585-4350.
Why can't I see what's available and what's not?
Our timeshare membership requires a log in to their site to view availability and price. Log in credentials are for owners only.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
When cancellation is made within the Grace Period 24 hour (by the end of the day following the date confirmed as long as this is 21 days or more before the start date) you will receive a refund equal to the full purchase price.
When cancellation is made 61 days or more before the start date, you will receive a refund equal to 65% of the purchase price.
When cancellation is made 15 to 60 days before the start date, you will receive a refund equal to 45% of the purchase price.
When cancellation is made 14 days or fewer from the start date of any reservation, no portion of the purchase price will be refunded.
When I'm getting my email confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking from RCI®️.
Is there any unexpected charges?
No. Booking price, hotel taxes and fees will be explained before purchase.
Sometimes, hotels have a cleaning fee that will be charged if staying less than 7 nights. All that will be mentioned prior booking.
None of these hotels offer ALL INCLUSIVE throughout us. Expect to pay to the hotel if you would like to include it.
